William K. Wesley wrote the wellness book Full Life Balance: The Five Keys to the Kingdom (FLB) as a testimony to the power of the spirit, his family, and how seeking balance helped his life. William does not contend to have perfected Full Life Balance in his life but, believes striving for it is attainable by all. He stresses that it is this journey that has made him who he is today and the journey of seeking FLB will make you better.
Full Life Balance: The Five Keys to the Kingdom is William’s first book. He has also developed seminars and workshops based his concept of Full Life Balance Productive Wellness. In his book, William uses a narrative yet informative style to take you through his early childhood, his stabilized teen years, college years, his first marriage, having and raising children, becoming out of balance, divorced, experiencing an epiphany developing the FLB philosophy and lifestyle, remarrying and reaping the benefits of a full and balanced life existence. What becomes exceedingly clear as you read FLB is this: if it happened to him, it can happen to you.
